Easy Day Along The Coast

Short ride today, only 29 miles mostly along the coast. Short blog today. Cathy is going to post some highlights.

Met a new friend today…Ann, who started her Camino in  Belgium. 

Laundry day at the albergue. 



Pilgrams dinner. So fun to sit and converse with people from Japan, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, and France. All at one table!

    After 7 days on the road from Tucson ,the Chessers, Denise and Steve, 2 dogs, Paco and Leroy,
    And their 18 foot trailer "Daisy", have all landed safe and sound at there next destination,Eugene Or.
    After reading and re reading of your epic odyssey., we will never again complain about the sometimes lacking conditions at run down KOA campgrounds.
    It goes without saying
    that we admire and are envious of your endurance and perseverance.
    Keep up the good ride.

  We’re packing for a 500-700 mile long bike pilgrimage from San SebastiĆ”n to Santiago Spain, better known as The Camino del Norte.  We will be traveling over a variety of conditions including dirt roads and mountainous terrain.  We must keep our packs under 20 lbs. This means we need to make some decisions on what to take and what to leave behind.
